How to manage customers in the partner portal?

You can find valuable information about your customers in the "Customer" section of the Partner Portal.

  • Log in to the Cybrid Partner Portal.
  • Make sure the correct bank is chosen at the top-left.
  • Navigate to the Customers page from the left vertical navigation menu.

Customer Overview

Upon initial viewing, a list of all customers is displayed, including their GUID, Type (Individual or Business), State (Unverified, Verified, or Frozen), and other high-level details.

From here, you can either (1) search for a specific customer by their GUID or (2) filter the customer list based on their Type. Finally, click on the desired customer GUID hyperlink to navigate to their page and access more details about that customer, such as their KYC/KYB attempts, trades, transfers and more.

Customer Compliance Decisions

One of the essential pieces of information about the customer is the compliance decision regarding their identity verification. You can access additional customer details by clicking the Action and selecting View Raw from the dropdown menu. Within the information in the pop-up, you can check out a list of Compliance Decisions for that specific customer.

For example, if a customer's status is unverified and you find the expired state for their person_gov_id_verification, that means that the user used to be in the state verified but since the government identification card that they used during their latest KYC has expired, now the customer has been moved to the unverified state, and they need to go through a new KYC flow (and provide an updated ID card) to become verified and can transact with the system again.

Customer PII (Personal Identifiable Information)

To review a customer's PII, navigate to the Details tab (located on the horizontal menu) and access the most recent personal information collected during their latest KYC verification process. This includes details such as the customer’s name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address.

Customer Identity Verification Documents

To access the documents captured (such as selfie images) or collected during an identity verification process, go to the Identity Verifications tab, select any completed IDV, and navigate to the Documents sub-panel. There, you can view or download various files related to the specific IDV, such as the Identification Card.
