Overview
Various settlement processes cover the settlement of fiat and crypto. It's important to understand the different timelines that may impact transfers and trades on the platform.

Fiat Deposit (Sameday ACH) | 2-3 Business Hours | ACH Deposits operate on the NACHA network, during the eastern business hours of ~8am to 3pm of our sponsor bank. Transfers initiated after 3pm will be picked up by our sponsor bank the following business day. Please see Fiat Transfer Settlement Guide for more details. |
Fiat Withdraw (Sameday ACH) | 2-3 Business Hours | ACH Withdraws operate on the NACHA network, during the eastern business hours of ~8am to 3pm of our sponsor bank. Fiat Deposit (RTP / FedNow) | Immediate | RTP and FedNow deposits provide instantaneous settlement and operate all day, every day using a Good Funds model. Please see Fiat Transfer Settlement Guide for more details. |

Fiat Withdraw (EFT) | 2 Business Days | EFT Withdraws operate on the ACSS network, during the eastern business hours of ~8am to 3pm of our sponsor bank. Fiat Deposit (Wire) | Depends on counterparty bank | Wire Deposits operate on the Fedwire network, subject to the counterparty banks wire transfer windows. Cybrid has no control or visibility into inbound wire transfers until they land in our account Please see Fiat Transfer Settlement Guide for more details. |
Fiat Withdraw (Wire) | 1-2 Hours, based on wire transfer window | Wire Withdraws operate on the Fedwire network, during the eastern business hours our sponsor bank, subject to wire transfer windows of ~10am and 3pm. Once a wire has been picked up, it typically takes 1-2 hours to reach it's final destination. Please see Fiat Transfer Settlement Guide for more details. |
Crypto Trade | 3-5 Hours | Crypto trades requires a more complex settlement process involving many steps. Please see the Crypto Trade Settlement guide for more details. |
Crypto Deposit | Network Dependent | Crypto Deposits operate on the associated crypto asset network, subject to the timelines of each network. Note for BTC, Cybrid uses 4 confirmation blocks (~40 minutes) to confirm receipt of funds. |
Crypto Withdraw | Network Dependent | Crypto Withdraws operate on the associated crypto asset network, subject to the timelines of each network. Small dollar crypto withdraws are automatically processed 24/7 by the platform. Note: Crypto withdrawals greater than $3k USD value are subject to manual approval which may delay crypto withdrawals submitted outside of business hours. |
