Persona Theming

You can style Persona to match your application's UX by configuring the following:

  • Colors
  • Fonts
  • Icon

To theme your Persona instance, submit a request through Zendesk or Slack with the following
details:

  1. Primary color: Brand color for buttons, links, and pictographs. More specific attribute values may override the
    primary color value.
  2. Error color: Text and outline color for error messaging
  3. Background color: Background color for Inquiry window
  4. Header button color: Icon color for back and close buttons
  5. Header background color
  6. Header logo asset: Upload the image
  7. Header logo display position: Options are: Start, Center, End
  8. Body font: Font for body text and buttons
  9. Heading font

Required identifiers

Along with the details above, provide the bank GUID and the bank environment (sandbox or
production).

Once you submit this request, the Cybrid team configures your bank with the Persona theming and
notifies you when the configuration is complete.

To submit your request, use the Zendesk ticketing
system. After logging into the
ticketing portal, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Submit a request" button located at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select "Support Request" as the request type.

  3. Set the Subject to "Persona Theming" and include the other necessary details, such as the following:

  4. Click the "Submit" button. The Cybrid team notifies you once the new theme is configured and
    ready for testing.
