US banks

  • ACH

  • Wire

  • RTP / FedNow

    • Cybrid supports both RTP and FedNow for on-ramp and off-ramp
      transactions.
    • For off-ramp, initiate an RTP/FedNow withdrawal by
specifying rtp as the payment_rail in a funding-type
transfer. The payment is initiated from the Cybrid platform.
    ⚠️

RTP withdrawals are only supported from customer-level accounts

Attempting an RTP withdrawal from a bank-level account will return an
"Invalid direction for payment rail" error. For bank-level withdrawals, use wire transfer or
same-day ACH (limit: $6,000 per transfer) instead.

    ⚠️

    beneficiary_memo visibility is not guaranteed

The beneficiary_memo field is included as remittance information in the RTP payment data.
Whether this memo appears on the beneficiary's bank statement depends on the receiving bank's
systems and practices. Some banks may not display the memo even when it is correctly sent.
This is a known industry inconsistency that Cybrid is investigating with banking partners.

    • For on-ramp, create a
      deposit bank account
for your customer. The customer transfers funds via RTP or
      FedNow outside the Cybrid platform.

Eligibility for CAD rails

CAD payment rails (EFT, Interac E-Transfer) are only available to Canadian entities and Canadian
banks on the Cybrid platform. US-based businesses cannot use CAD rails, even if they have CAD accounts at their
US bank. To use CAD onramps, your business must be registered in Canada and onboarded to a Canadian bank on the
Cybrid platform.
