Overview

The B2B Payments App is a web application for moving money. View every Account and balance in one place, send payments to people or businesses, receive payments by sharing bank or wallet details, convert between currencies and stablecoins, and review every transaction. The app runs in the browser — no installation required.


Sidebar

The left sidebar is the primary navigation. It contains five sections:

Collapse the sidebar to icon-only mode to free up screen space. Hover over the collapsed sidebar to expand it temporarily.


Sign in

Sign-in is email-based. Your administrator sends a sign-in link tied to a specific email address. The exact prompts depend on your company's configuration — a password, an emailed code, or another secure method. The Home page loads on successful sign-in.

Prerequisites

  • A sign-in link from your administrator
  • The email address used in the invitation

Notes

  • Sessions time out. Inactivity ends the session and requires a fresh sign-in.
  • Sign-in failures are typically email-related. Confirm the email address matches the one your administrator used to invite you.
  • Sign out from the sidebar or user menu when finished — recommended on shared computers.

Workspace picker

Some Partners belong to more than one company on Cybrid. When this applies, a workspace picker appears immediately after sign-in. Pick the company to work in for that session.

Prerequisites

  • Access to at least one workspace, granted by your administrator

Notes

  • Each workspace is fully isolated. Accounts, Contacts, and transactions in one workspace do not appear in another.
  • You can occupy only one workspace per session. Sign out and sign back in to switch — the picker reappears.
  • No picker means you have access to one workspace. Expected behavior — the Home page loads directly.
  • A missing workspace means access has not been granted. Ask your administrator.

Themes

The app supports light mode and dark mode. Press Alt + T anywhere in the app to toggle. The selection persists across sessions and defaults to the system preference on first use.


General notes

  • Payments cannot be reversed after confirmation. Verify the recipient and amount on the Review screen before confirming.
  • The Transactions list does not auto-refresh. Refresh the page to load new activity. This applies to the Transactions page, the Recent Transactions panel on Home, and balances on Accounts.
  • Balances load on page load. Refresh the page after a recent transaction to update a stale balance.
