What is the B2B Payments App and how do I sign in?

Overview
The B2B Payments App is a web app for moving money. Use it to see every account and balance in one place, send payments to people or businesses, receive payments by sharing your bank or wallet details, convert between currencies and stablecoins, and review every transaction.
Everything happens in your browser; there's nothing to install.
Sidebar
The left sidebar is the main way you'll move around. It has five sections:

The sidebar can be collapsed to icon-only — hover over it to expand temporarily.
Sign in
Sign-in is email-based. You'll receive a sign-in link from your administrator and use the same email address they invited you with. The exact prompts depend on how your company is set up (a password, an emailed code, or another secure method). After signing in, you land on the Home page.
Prerequisites
- The sign-in link from your administrator
- The email address used to invite you
Notes
- Sessions time out. After a period of inactivity you'll be signed out and asked to sign in again. This is a security measure.
- Sign-in failures are usually email-related. If sign-in doesn't work, confirm the email address matches the one your administrator used to invite you.
- Sign out from the sidebar (or user menu) when you're done — good practice on shared computers.
Workspace picker
Some Partners belong to more than one company on Cybrid. If that applies to you, a workspace picker appears immediately after sign-in so you can choose which company to work in for that session.
Prerequisites
- Access to at least one workspace (granted by your administrator)
Notes
- Each workspace is fully separate. Accounts, Contacts, and transactions in one workspace don't appear in another.
- You can only be in one workspace at a time. To switch, sign out and sign back in — the picker reappears.
- No picker means you have one workspace. That's normal — you'll go straight to the Home page.
- Missing a workspace you expected? Your administrator hasn't granted you access. Ask them.
Themes
The app supports light mode and dark mode. Press Alt + T anywhere in the app to toggle. Your choice is remembered
for next time and follows your system preference if you've never set it.
General notes
- You can't undo a payment. Once you confirm a Send, the money is on its way and cannot be reversed. Always double-check the recipient and amount on the review screen.
- The Transactions list does not auto-update. Refresh the page to see new activity. This applies to Transactions, the Recent Transactions panel on Home, and balances on Accounts.
- Balances update on page load. If a balance looks stale after a recent transaction, refresh.
- Browser refresh fixes most "looks broken" problems. A hard refresh (
Cmd + Shift + R/Ctrl + Shift + R) is usually enough.
