Transactions
How do I review my activity?
Overview
The Transactions page is the full history of activity in your workspace — every Send, Receive, and Conversion. Use it to look up a specific transaction, check its status, or share its ID with support. Reach it from Sidebar → Transactions.
Available actions
- View Payments (the Payments tab) — every Send and Receive, with direction shown by a + or - on the amount.
- View Conversions (the Conversions tab) — every Buy or Sell between currencies.
- Filter the list:
- On the Payments tab: All, Sent, Received
- On the Conversions tab: All, Buy, Sell
- Open a transaction's details by clicking any row — the detail panel shows the full breakdown, including fees, payment rail, and Transaction ID.
- Copy the Transaction ID from the detail panel for support requests.

Prerequisites
- An active sign-in session
- At least one transaction in your workspace (otherwise the list is empty — "No payment transactions found." or "No conversions found.")
Notes
- The list requires a manual refresh. New transactions may take a few seconds to appear; if a refresh does not show one, wait 10–15 seconds and try again. Status changes (for example, Pending to Completed) also appear only after a refresh.
- Each transaction occupies a single row. Send and Receive entries appear on the Payments tab. Conversions appear on the Conversions tab.
- Include the Transaction ID in support requests. Copy it from the detail panel so support can look up the transaction directly.
- The Recent Transactions panel on Home shows the same data in summary form. It does not auto-refresh.
